This policy explains what data TradingVibe (tradingvibe.net) collects, why, and how you can control it. By using the website you agree to the processing described below. You can change your cookie choices at any time via the 🍪 button in the bottom-left corner.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — email, name, surname, gender, date of birth, password (stored hashed).
  • Trading-controller data — MT5 account number, broker server and the password you enter to run your controller (used solely to operate your server).
  • Technical / usage data (automatic) — IP address and approximate location derived from it, browser and device, pages visited, clicks and scrolling, referrer and traffic source (utm), and the time/duration of requests. We keep server-side security logs of key events (sign-ins, sign-ups, errors and abuse protection).
  • Analytics & session recording — via Yandex.Metrica (including Webvisor, which records your session: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and form interactions, excluding password fields) and Google Analytics.

2. Cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary (always on) — login session (access_token), interface language (lang), your cookie choice (tv_consent), security.
  • Analytics & attribution — Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics cookies, traffic source and referral attribution (acq, ref_code). These are set only if you pressed “Accept”. If you press “Decline”, they are not set and the analytics scripts do not load at all.

3. Why we process it

To provide and operate the service and your trading controller, to keep you signed in, to analyse and improve the website, to prevent fraud, and to attribute referrals and the source of traffic.

4. Third parties

Analytics data is processed by Yandex (Yandex.Metrica) and Google (Google Analytics) under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertising networks.

5. Retention

Account and controller data are kept while your account exists. Server logs and analytics data are kept for the period needed for analytics and security. You may request deletion of your account.

6. Your rights

You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time, request access to or deletion of your data, and disable analytics cookies (analytics scripts then do not load at all).
