Why won't the controller start?

The most common mistake when creating the controller is wrong login details. Enter your TRADING (master) password, NOT the investor one, and pick the exact broker server from the list. If the details are wrong, the controller tells you right away — just fix them and launch again, it connects automatically.

Do you have access to the money in my account?

No. Withdrawals from a trading account are only possible through your broker's client cabinet — a trading password simply cannot do it, so neither we nor anyone else can take your money, even knowing the password. The controller also never opens trades on its own: it only closes positions that break your own rules and sets a stop-loss. And if you change your mind, just change the password at your broker and access dies instantly. Your funds stay safe.

Can I use it free, without giving my account details?

Yes. The manual trade journal is free: sign up and log your trades — no MT5 details needed at all. A subscription is only required for the controller and automatic trade import from the terminal (with screenshots and metrics).

What exactly does the controller do?

Locks trading after the daily loss limit, automatically sets a stop-loss and prevents exceeding your per-trade risk.

How is my MT5 password stored?

Your password is stored encrypted (AES), not as plain text: the database holds an unreadable string, decrypted only when the terminal connects to your account. The encryption key is stored separately from the database, so a copy of the database alone is useless. The password is used solely to enforce your own discipline rules — it cannot withdraw money, and your trade journal is visible only to you.

How much is it and can I cancel?

Plans in rubles: day, month (−20%) and year (−35%). After the trial you pay for the chosen plan, cancel anytime.
